No Premium MarkupsOur advisory and claims facilitation services are free of charge. We are compensated via standard commissions paid directly by insurers.

Please Note: We are not an insurance underwriting carrier. Policy acceptance, underwriting decisions, terms selection, and ultimate claim payouts are under the exclusive authority of the respective underwriting insurance company.

2. Quote Accuracy & Product Limits

Underwriting Tariffs and Disclosures

Premium quotes, benefits matrices, and terms comparison details displayed on the site are based on rates obtained from our partner underwriters. While we strive to display fresh, accurate data:

  • Subject to Change: All quotes are indicative and subject to change based on actual corporate risk surveys, medical histories, or claims history audits performed by the insurer.
  • Inspection Protocols: Commercial asset covers (Property, Marine) and Motor covers may require surveyor physical inspections before active binder logs can be confirmed.

3. Corporate & User Representations

Material Disclosures and Duty of Utmost Good Faith

Under insurance law (Section 45 of the Insurance Act, 1938), policyholders must disclose all material information. When utilizing our digital portals or contacting our advisory desks, you represent that:

  • Truthful Declarations: All data, including corporate claims history, assets values, pre-existing employee conditions, and operations details provided are accurate and complete.
  • No Material Suppression: You have not suppressed any material facts or risk exposures. Underwriting carriers reserve the absolute right to cancel policies and reject claims if material facts are withheld.

4. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Broker Indemnity and Contractual Bilateralism

The insurance policy is a bilateral contract exclusively between the policyholder (individual or corporate client) and the underwriting company.

KVR Insurance Broking Private Limited, its directors, and advisors shall not be held liable for any disputes arising from claim rejections, delay in settlements, underwriter insolvency, or changes in policy guidelines. We act as facilitators and advocates, but do not guarantee insurer performance.
